Guests are responsible for their own overnight accommodations and transportation to/from all events. There are blocks of discounted rooms available at a couple of hotels close to where the events will take place on a first-come-first-serve basis. You can choose to reserve one of those, or find other accommodations in the Franklin, TN area. You can book these discounted rooms through the booking links provided in the section above.

*Note - The AC Hotel is slightly closer to Antioch, which is where our venue will be on Saturday and Sunday. The other two are closer to the Factory at Franklin, our venue for Friday night.

We recommend attendees have access to a rental car or coordinate transportation with a friend prior to arriving.

You should make plans to arrive for check-in between 4pm and 6pm on Friday, August 30, 2024. If you purchase a VIP or VIP+ weekend pass, you should plan to check-in before the exclusive welcome reception, which begins at 5pm. If you purchase an all-access weekend pass, plan to check-in between 5pm and 6:30pm.

A more detailed schedule, event information, and recommendations will be regularly emailed to all Weekend Passholders before the event to assist with planning, along with a weekend event page link that will be sent directly to your email. New information and event updates will be refreshed on the event page as the event grows closer. Email any other specific questions to info@livinlavidagokey.com.

The final event for Weekend Passholders will end at approximately 12pm on Sunday, September 1, 2024. (If flying, we recommend scheduling your outbound flight after 2:30pm). If you have reserved a VIP+ Weekend Pass, your last event will end around 8pm on Sunday, September 1, 2024.

Refunds up to 75% are available through June 30, 2024. Refunds up to 50% are available in July 2024. No refunds beginning August 1, 2024.

If for any reason the event is required to impose health or emergency-related restrictions, the event staff and team reserve the right to require attendees to adhere to venue-mandated restrictions. If such restrictions dictate that the event team will not be able to execute the planned event, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event. If canceled or postponed, attendees will be given the choice of a full refund or a pass transfer to the postponed event date. If the event is taking place as scheduled, and an attendee requests a refund due to any such mandates or restrictions, the refund or cancellation policy will apply.
